Metamucil MultiHealth Fibre helps lower cholesterol levels to promote
heart health, and promotes digestive health. Made with 100% naturally
sourced psyllium fibre.
Directions:
Mix one dose into 240 mL glass of cool liquid. Stir briskly and drink
immediately. An additional glass of liquid is helpful. Do not interrupt
medication. For fibre supplementation of relief of irregularity: Start
by taking 1 dose each day. As your body adjusts to increased fibre
intake, gradually increase to 3 doses per day. Generally takes effect in
12-72 hours.
Adults and Children Over 12: One rounded teaspoon (7 g) or three level teaspoons (7 g) into a 240 mL glass of cool liquid up to 3 times daily.
Children (6-12 years): half of the adult dose (3.5 g) in a 240 mL glass of cool liquid up to 3 times daily.
Children under 6 Years: Do not use.
For Adults Only:
One rounded teaspoon (7 g) or three level teaspoons (7 g) into a 240 mL
glass glass of cool liquid 3 times daily. For best results in lowering
cholesterol, take Metamucil with a meal.

I recieved this product from #tryitwithtopbox #gotitfree to try.
It addresses 3 main health concerns for many people. It can be used as an appetite suppressor, an aid to lowering cholesterol, or a fiber supplement.
I chose to use it as a fibre supplement.
To start I used 1 teaspoon of Metamucil mixed , vigorously, with water at night before bed.
There was very little flavour. No added sugar nor sweetener.
The texture was like a very thin smoothie or milk shake.
It started working the very next morning.

DEFINITELY WORKS!
Thankful to receive this #freeproduct from Topbox Circle (#trywithtopbox). I took Metamucil once daily for over two weeks and I can definitely say that it works! Metamucil was a great source of much needed fiber, which I don’t normally get enough of from my usual diet. It worked really great to support digestive health (e.g., maintain regularity). I also love that there are no added sweeteners. However, I did not particularly like the unflavoured powder. I could not drink it with plain water (too slurry-like for my taste). I was only able to drink it mixed with juice. This is of course a matter of preference, and does not diminish the effectiveness of the product.

Big Taste Improvement!
I received this #freeproduct from #tryitwithtopbox and have to say Metamucil has come a long way. Back in the day when I used Metamucil I recall it being gritty and hard to consume. This product is definitely the opposite of that. I have been mixing 2 teaspoons of Metamucil with cold water first thing in the morning and once more either before lunch or dinner. The powder is quite fine and mixes relatively easily. Sometimes it clumps a little in which case you really have to swish the water around. Now the taste has definitely improved this product I tested had a very very slight orange smell and taste. Was really easy to consume like a glass of water no grit or aftertaste. The only thing being that you must consume right away if you let the liquid sit for a period of time the powder clumps into a gel like blob which you can still consume but seeing it messes with your mind a little! I tried two servings daily for a month and noticed that I was generally fuller eating less food and was more regular. I didn’t not loose any weight but felt lighter. The only suggestion I have is that Metamucil clarify the recommended on dosage as on the back label it suggests 2 teaspoons or 6 teaspoons which was a little confusing. Also it is recommended that this product is mixed with only cold liquid and not hot. All in all o would definitely use this product to increase my fiver intake and to curb late night snacking!

Plain is best!
My doctor recommended Metamucil, and I'm willing to pay more for a name brand because it works so well for me. I don't want sugar or flavors or artificial anything. Why has it become so hard to find?

Good product
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was selected to try this product for #FreeProduct and give my honest opinion about it. So I read the bottle on how your suposed to use it and then I started using it. I didn’t mind it wasn’t a fan of the flavour but I liked that when I drank it before a meal it made me not as hungry so I ate less dinner or lunch. I like that it was a three in one and has fibre in it also. I liked that it helps lower your cholesterol and helps promote a good digestive health and that when used properly it also helps suppress your appetite. It was easy to use and the instructions where easy to follow. It is something I can see me continuing to use.

I couldn't drink it
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This product package states it's a fiber supplement and/or appetite suppressant.
I recieved this product for free to try and review.
I mixed a dose as per the appetite suppressant, followed the directions. Its looked like a mud brown, and made the consistency really thick. You could see that just by stirring it. And it smelled terrible.
Between the smell, colour and thickness, I couldn't even drink this liquid. I'm sorry.

Great product but hard to find
My husband uses this because Howard stern swears by it. He was using the orange flavor one but wanted to cut out sugar so we bought the no sweeteners added one. It's really hard to find, about half the size of the orange one and costs more.

It does work!

It has three benefits: help temporarily suppress appetite, help lower cholesterol for heart health, and as fibre supplement. I used it mostly for the first two, which were what I needed. Following instructions, I found that it did help curb my further food cravings and let me eat less plus I did not feel hungry even later at night. As for the cholesterol part, I have really no issues but I feel that anything to help is good. Drank it during lunch and dinner. It was easy to take as the taste was alright for picky me. I could finish it off without any after-taste. I will continue to drink it all and will purchase when I need a supply. Have been taking for two weeks now.
