Directions: Stir it or steep it, it’s delicious either way!
  1. Put 1 level tablespoon of Moong Pani into cup or tea infuser.
  2. Add 8 oz (1 cup) of boiling water. Let sit for 2-3 minutes and stir.
  3. Add a slice of lime or lemon for extra zest. Enjoy!
Ingredients: mung beans, lemon juice, ginger, salt, turmeric, sunflower oil, coriander, cumin, mustard seeds,black pepper, cilantro, chili pepper, citric acid and spices.
