Discovered in Europe, goat's rue is known to support lactation and the development of mammary tissue.
This formula helps women who did not increase in breast size during pregnancy, have had previous breast surgeries and adoptive mothers.
Directions: Take 1 capsule 4 times per day. Women over 175 lbs take 2 capsules 3 times per day. May be taken with 1-2 oz. of liquid. Avoid additional liquids 15 minutes before and after each use.
This product does not contain any milk, dairy, egg, fish,
shellfish, peanuts, wheat, or
gluten.

Will buy again from Well.ca!
I decided to try the capsules over the tincture to see if there was a difference.
I'm happy I did because my milk output did not drop off when I switched so I don't have to taste the tincture.

Easy to take
I think this product is better than taking the tincture as you don't have that burning feeling. Have not been on it long, not even a month but will purchased this again.
