Don't bother!
It made my place smell like cat litter on a rainy day....you tell me if that qualifies as citrus scent ha ha ha. I wanted to replace my harsh detergent to a more natural one but this won't do for me. It did seem to clean the dishes well enough. But it's been a week since I've used it and the inside of my dishwasher still stinks. I'll also stick to a Canadian brand next time.

Lingering Perfume Scent
Cleaning effectiveness was close to that of our top pick, Seventh Generation. But what was left behind was the perfume taste and aroma of Verbena on all dishes and cutlery. Definitely not ideal. Won't be buying again even if it was one of the last choices during self-quarantine. Pricey, too, for the amount of product in the pouch.

Love this product!
Does an excellent job in my dishwasher, dissolves without a trace left behind and cleans just as well as chemical detergent packs. A worthwhile purchase for anyone who wants to help protect the environment.

Works amazing with well water! No spots or residue
Honestly the Costco pack is budget friendly but this is by far the best dishwasher tabs I’ve ever used ! This and the method brand- no strikes, white residue or water spots!

Sceptical & Now a Convert
My dishwasher has a rinse aid compartment which I always keep filled. So I don't need or want to pay for rinse aid in my cleaning pod. I agree with the comments about the lingering lemon verbena smell (which I love!) but I don't taste it on anything & the fragrance is contained to the dishwasher once its run through a cycle. We should really be more worried about the Big Brands & their slurry of chemicals that get left behind!

Too strong a smell
This product cleans dishes quite well but the after smell is too strong. I like lemon verbena but I don’t want it there days later.
