Nature's Path frosted cherry pomegranate organic toaster pastries contain a real organic cherry and pomegranate juice filling, encased in a lightly frosted organic pastry shell. You get 2 pastries per wrapper, 6 pastries per box. These organic toaster pastries are always made with real fruit, Fairtrade ingredients and no artificial flavours. The real, fruit-filled centre is baked into a golden pastry for a tasty treat straight out of the toaster.

I swore off toaster pastries years ago due to the incredible mix of unhealthy ingredients – how could they be called a nutritious breakfast? Now while these are far from being described as a well-balanced breakfast, they provide much better nutrition than the average grab-and-go food. Filled with delicious fruit and topped off with a minimal amount of frosting, these make for a great snack or breakfast (as long as you are ingesting some protein in addition to these pastries). They are quite tasty and decently priced for something that is organic and fair-trade certified. I highly recommend either the Frosted Berry Strawberry or the Frosted Cherry Pomegranate flavours – both are equally as delicious.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Product photo on box deceptive. The product itself is ok although the filling is nowhere near the amount shown on the box. It is almost as if the actual pastry and the photo are two separate items. Nowhere near each other. That said I like to take these with us on travelling for a snack if we are stuck for food.
