Nature's Way Calcium & Magnesium Citrate 2:1 Liquid Orange

Nature's Way Calcium & Magnesium is formulated in a 2:1 Calcium / Magnesium ratio in a great tasting orange formula. This liquid form is a convenient alternative to tablets or capsules. 

Recommended Use: Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Adequate calcium and vitamin D3 throughout life as part of a healthy diet may help prevent bone loss/osteoporosis.

Directions: Shake vigorously before each use. Contains ingredients that settle. Adults take 1 tablespoon (15mL) once per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. 

Warning: Ask a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder or if you are taking blood thinners. Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort/disturbances. Do not use if the inner seal is not intact. Keep out of the reach of children.
