Unique & Great Probiotic!
I researched which probiotics strains are not in most probiotic supplements but are ones that should be, Saccharomyces boulardii has been shown to help with stomach flus, this means potentially with some stomach flu like covid symptoms as well. Lactobacillus plantarum, has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects, aid in weight loss etc. You can get the standard probiotics in yogurt and many other sources, as such this is my go to Probiotic.
