Now foods black currant soft gels
I have been taking for 3 weeks going on 4 now. I had very weak nails
They have made my nails stronger
And they don't break. This is why l purchased this. I have tried everything
Nothing else has worked. I am very happy. Haven't noticed any other benefits so far. Only time will tell. I take 1 morning and 1 with dinner.

Just OK
I finished the bottle and didn't notice much of a difference. My nails might be a bit stronger? That's about it. I read that it helps with dry eyes and eczema but noticed no improvements for either condition.
