I like that these are in a relatively low dose to allow for easy titration of dosages. The peppermint taste isn't too strong and they don't disintegrate as soon as they are in your mouth so it is easy to simply swallow them whole (and they still work) if you don't want to chew them.

I use melatonin with my 4 year old sin, who we think has ADHD. He takes one at supper time, and it helps to relax him for bed time. I used to take a gravol when I couldn't sleep, but have started taking one of these when I need it. They work great; just bear in mind you need to take it a couple hours ahead.

This is for my son with autism. It has a lot of trouble falling asleep at night because of anxiety. Melatonin supplemented with vitamin B is perfect for the help and it is a safe product. I recommend it !!

Effective product. It helps me to go to sleep more quickly. I would recommend it highly. I was surprised how well it works actually. You can adjust the dose of course depending on your needs. I only take half of one pill about one hour before going to bed (1.5mg) and that is sufficient for me. :-)

I have sleep problems related to Fibromyalgia. I have slept 0-4 hours a night for 20+ years. A naturopath suggested high dose melatonin (3 of these each night) and now I sleep well more nights than not. As you know, more sleep improves every area of your life.
