NOW® Super Enzymes is a comprehensive blend of enzymes that supports healthy digestion. Formulated with Bromelain, Betaine HCl, Ox Bile, Pancreatin and Papain, Super Enzymes helps to optimize the breakdown of protein, fats, and carbohydrates. Betaine HCl can act early in the digestion process on protein to help elleviate stomach bloat, heartburn, acid reflux. Ox bile can enhance fat breakdown and help to absorb important fat-soluble vitamins and key essential fats important to overall health. People with insufficient gall bladder or pancreas function may find this formula beneficial due to this ingredient. Capsule delivery ensures fast action.   

Recommended Dosage: Take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily with or immediately before a meal/food. Use the smallest effective dose which controls symptoms. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Caution: If you have a peptic ulcer, excess stomach acid, high cholesterol, diabetes, pancreatitis, pancreatic exocrine insufficiency, or cystic fibrosis, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you are sensitive to pancreatic enzymes and/or pork proteins, do not use this product. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you suffer from gastric reflux or if you have gastrointestinal lesions/ ulcers or if you have liver, gastrointestinaltract or gallbladder disorders, and/ or bowel obstruction or if you have gallstones or bile duct obstruction. If you are taking an anticoagulant/blood thinner, anti-inflammatory, or antibiotic, or are having surgery, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain/epigastric pain and/or heartburn have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use (and consult a health carepractitioner). If you have an allergy to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach, and  tomato), consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If symptoms persist orworsen, consult a health care practitioner.
