Nutrazul Effervescent Vitamin C Hydration Drink Tablets containing 1000 mg of Vitamin C to support immune function. Vitamin C provides powerful antioxidant protection for good physical and mental health and fights free radical damage to your cells. Vitamin C assists in connective tissue and collagen formation, helps heal wounds, and maintains healthy skin, bones, cartilage, teeth and gums. It also plays a vital role in helping the body absorb non heme iron.
FLAVOUR-SOME: Great tasting orange flavour, 1000mg Vitamin C per effervescent tablet.
Recommended Dosage: For adults take one tablet two times per day.Dissolve one tablet in 250ml of water. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Caution: Do not use with carbonated water

tastes great
Got one of these as a free sample. Love it. Usually stuff like this is too sweet for my taste, but this balances the sweet-tart flavours well. Tastes great full strength as is, but if you want to cut it in quarters, a quarter tablet with a glass of water and a squeeze of lemon works well. I like to drink mine with mine with my iron supplement, to help with the absorption of the iron.

really nice vitamin drink
I received a sample of this with my last order and I'm really enjoying it, it's delicious, turns the water a lovely peachy colour, and helps motivate me to drink more water. Will buy when I run out.

Easy vitamin drink
I received these vitamins as a free sample. Best sample I ever got! Tablets taste great mixed into water. Such a good way to drink more water and get your vitamins. I will definitely add these into my vitamin rotation during cold/flu season
