Nutripurs Magnesium Bisglycinate is a highly absorbable and gentle form of magnesium, designed for optimal results. Recommended Dosage:
- Adults: Take 1 to 4 capsules per day.
- Kids & teens (9-18yrs old): Take 1 capsule, 1 to 2 times per day.
- Kids (4-8yrs): 1 capsule per day. To prevent choking, do not allow children under 6 years old to swallow a capsule whole. Open capsule and mix content with food or drink.
Caution: Known adverse reactions: with a daily dose of 350 mg or more, some people may experience diarrhea.
