The best hydration electrolytes
I love these electrolyte drink tablets. They are convenient to pack with me and taste great. I use them before heading to hot yoga, and when I feel a migraine starting. They contain Stevia leaf and dextrose for sweeter. I buy the Sport Caffeine free versions and find these are the most effective for hydration and are better cost wise than a bottled sport drink from store and these don't contain aspartame or acesulfame-potassium.

Helps to replenish electrolytes
I use the Nuun Sport tablets in a bottle of water instead of a bottle of a sports drink. Less sugar with the same benefits
