Good taste but quality control and communication issues.
The granola it self tastes pretty good. It's not too sweet which is a rare thing for granola, and one can really taste the dark chocolate flavour. Unfortunately for me, the large splinter that impaled my tongue and had to be pulled out with a pair of tweezers didn't taste so good.
I'm sure these rare occurrences happen on occasion, but the lack of any kind of response to my email to them is really poor communication and customer support on their part. I didn't ask for any kind of compensation for my bleeding tongue, but I did at the very least expect them to respond to my email.

Nice crunch, nice cocoa flavour, not too sweet. Excellent on yogurt or on its own
