DO NOT USE
Do not use these at all if you have sensitive or acne prone skin. I've bought these in the usa and tried them again after seeing them available here. The ingredients used to make the gummies are super unhealthy, and they broke me out everytime as well as my friends who've tried.

Biotin can actually promote acne and breakouts in the skin. After 4 days of using my skin has never looked worse. Do not buy.

I’m on my second bottle, haven’t really noticed any difference so I won’t be ordering again I’ll try something else. The gummies do taste yummy though

Works for me
Took this for 2 months, then stopped. When I was taking it, I noticed that my nails were stronger / less prone to breaking. After I stopped taking it my nails started breaking again, so I guess it works!
