Ferrous Sulfate. Helps form red blood cells.
Recommended Dosage: Adults: 1 tablet daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by a physician.
Caution: Keep Out Of The Reach Of Children. There Is Enough Iron In This Package To Seriously Harm A Child. Stop Use If Hypersensitivity Occurs. Some People May Experience Constipation, Diarrhea, And/Or Vomiting. Do Not Use Except Under The Care Of A Physician Or For Prolonged Time Unless Instructed By A Physician.
