Orange Natural's oil of oregano contains a high content of 75-80% carvacrol. Carvacrol is a constituent found naturally in oregano oil and has been shown through research to possess potent antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. Orange Natural’s Oil of Oregano is suspended in medium chain triglycerides (MCT) from coconut and palm oil. MCT is a preferred choice for an oil base (better than olive oil for example) as MCT oil from coconut and palm does not change its molecular structure (or go rancid) from light, heat or over time. Be warned though - oregano oil has a flavour that certainly packs a punch! Take it one drop at a time, under the tongue or put a drop into some honey and enjoy.
Recommended Use: Has antimicrobial action

Oil of Oregano is great to use daily during flu season or if you are prone to mouth ulcers or sore throat (swish/gargle the water before swallowing). If the strong flavour is a bother you can dilute it a little in another bottle with olive oil and then use it 2 times a day instead of just once. this Orange one is strong with 75-80% active ingredient but the price is certainly better than most I have found in stores. As others have said I place 1-4 drips beneath my tongue and then drink water and down it goes.

This is a great product to use for managing Candida. Be aware that is has a strong flavor and burns. The best way to take it is dropping the oil under the tongue, then washing it down with a glass of water. Some people recommend putting the drops in water than swallowing but for me, I found that was torture. You have so much more to swallow so you extend the burning sensation and horrible flavor. If you take it the way I suggest (which is also suggested on the bottle) it is not that bad at all.
