Recommended Use: St. John's wort is used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve nervousness and restlessness.
Directions: Take St. John's wort for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. For best results, take on an empty stomach, which means about 15 minutes before a meal or snack, or at least 1 hour after. Adults 18 and over: take 2.5 mL, 3 times per day.
Ingredients: Each mL contains 200 mg of St. John’s wort herb tops (Hypericum perforatum) in a non-medicinal base of grain alcohol and purified water.
