Helped with my hay fever
Can't speak for everyone but I've been taking one a day for a few months now and I've noticed my hay fever is more under control than before. I haven't had to take any allergy medications for it this year. (Less sneezing! Yay!) A bit pricey but I usually get mine when Well.ca has a sale. The only drawback is that have a very strong smell/aftertaste to them and (TMI alert) they sometimes give me "propolis burps" (like fish burps you get from some fish oil/omega-3 supplements). Other than that I am quite happy with the product.

I have been taking bee propolis as part of my supplement routine for years now and I donâÂÂt get plagued by a cold more than 1x per year and if I do it only lasts a few days. CanâÂÂt say enough good things and recommend it to all my friends and family as a natural cold fighter/immunity booster!

Beware of “propolis burps”
Haven’t been taking it long enough to see results but beware of the burps! Tastes exactly like it smells but it’s not exactly supposed to taste pleasant.
