They Work!
Felt a little sniffly, like a cold was coming on so I started taking these right away for 3 days straight, and I never got the full blown cold that was going around!
Directions on how to take them aren't clear so I googled it. Some people take in a glass f water as they are effervescent, I however took them full strength in my mouth with sips of water. They taste great actually, and really do work in boosting your immune system and warding off colds!

Sorbitol is a sugar alcohol!
They advertise this as 0 sugar but sorbitol is a sugar alcohol. This could be misleading for those on ketogenic diets! I generally expect better from Organika.

Great product. Great taste. I tried the watermelon flavoured as well. Definitely will keep using this product. Love sipping on it when have a sore throat as well.
