I found these crumbs a bit too gritty - there were bit in the mix that felt like eating sand - I am not sure whether it is the way I cooked them. I spread a mayo and grated cheese mixture on chicken breasts and then sprinkled the crumbs on top and put them in the oven for about 20 minutes....

These rice bread crumbs are the BOMB! I used them to coat some pork chops (rice flour egg these crumbs) and they came out super crispy and juicy, and nice and dark. Even my non-gluten-free boyfriend is very impressed, and likes these better than traditional breadcrumbs.
Will definitely be buying these again.
