Recommended Dosage: Adults ≥ 18 years: 1-4 tablets once per day. Take at or before bedtime. The tablets should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid.
Contraindications: Contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Also, consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.
