Good for anxiety
I've been taking it for about 10 days, I find within 15-25 minutes of taking one pill my anxiety is reduced. Doesn't seem to help with falling asleep or making my sleepy though.

Sleep issues solved
On advice from my naturopath, after too many sleepless nights after surgery, I ordered the Pascoflair. I tried different timeframes to take before bed before finding the right times to take the tablets. I only took them for less than a week. They were effective and no longer needed once I gain more than 1-2 hours of sleep at a time. I now sleep at least 4-5 hours, which for me is pretty decent. Side note…the meds I had to take also had to work out of my system. đ

Well.ca Needs to List Ingredients Properly
I didn't try the product. When I received it, I saw that it contains a much a longer list of ingredients than is listed on the Well.ca website. So just beware. Well.ca lists "ingredients" in the description as if it's an exhaustive list, but it's not. The full list of ingredients on the package contains many things I don't wish to consume, including talcum, iron oxide yellow, sucrose and glucose syrup, and shellac, among other things. A website like Well.ca, where the consumers are typically more conscious, really should be transparent and list the full ingredients. Or at the very least, they shouldn't use the header "ingredients" as if it's an exhaustive list when it's not. Use the header "Key ingredients" or "Medicinal ingredients" so that the consumer knows that it contains more than what is listed. I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known.

Helps with anxiety
I was very sceptical but this really helps me with my anxiety. With in 20-25 minutes I notice a difference. Doesn’t make me sleepy though.
