Rated 4 out of 5 by from Effective, easy to use and reasonable price There are a lot of things I like about the trimmer. I was a little concerned that I couldn't adjust trim length effectively without the comb but I have discovered the advantages to using the comb. For starters, it is more comfortable against my skin than 'raw' cutters. My only complaint about this model is that it doesn't show when it's fully charged so it's a bit of a guessing game. I would have purchased the model up had I know that but the wording in the features leads one to believe it does have an indicator but it's just a light on the power adapter itself which really just shows that it's charging.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Power adapter stopped working after few months 2 things prompted me to write this poor review: 1 - Power adapter should be working all time :) 2 - I could not find any useful support on website that can address my issue. Although I registered the product September last year but nothing useful with product or with service. I was expecting a better approach from Philips

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The product needs to get improved The product is really bad. I am very very disappointed because the trimmer does not even last 15 minutes. I have left it to charge overnight just to make sure that it gets fully charged but 10-15 minutes the trimmer turns off. It is very disappointing. If i could i would return the product and buy a different product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally found a great replacement trimmer I had a previous model that was many years old and have been looking for a replacement for a long time; had purchased a competitor model ( that had 10 different attachments) but it did not preform well...even with the shortest attachment it did not trim my mustache at a consistent length/ short battery time. The Phillips model adjusts with just a turn of a dial/ thumb wheel and trims perfectly, each and every time I use it (1-2 times per week) . If you want and easy to use trimmer, this is it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good beard trimmer This a value oriented beard trimmer that is easy to operate, cuts effortlessly and is oil free, which is big plus. It also has many combs with different lengths. It is more suitable for the beard because it is not very wide but otherwise, it works also good for hair cutting. They could have improved it by including a 2mm comb because this length IMHO is very common for beard trimming.

Shaves well with or without the guard attachement. The battery life is longer than I expected before recharging. I am really happy with this purchase especially for the price. Can't beat it.
