Oregano-8™ Cold & Flu helps relieve symptoms associated with colds and flu; including, upper respiratory tract infections. The synergistic formula of natural ingredients includes oil of oregano, garlic, goldenseal, elderberry, vitamin C, zinc, cayenne, and grape seed extract. You’re putting a powerful blend of nature’s remedies to work to support and strengthen your immune system. With Oregano-8 you can reap the health benefits of oregano oil without the strong, herbal aftertaste found in so many oregano oil products.
Recommended Dosage: To help relieve the symptoms associated with upper respiratory tract infections take two (2) capsules, twice a day. For general immune support and maintenance of good health take (1) to two (2) capsules per day. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications/supplements.

Absolutely the Best
I take this from Fall to Spring once a day , twice if I have been near anyone with a cold. I have not even had a head cold. Safe and effective over and above your flu shot. I am a Health Care Aide doing Home Care in central Alberta. This helps me stay healthy so I can look after my Clients

Stops the flu
I honestly feel this helps prevent cold and flu.
My household had 3 people with a nasty stomach virus and myself and my oldest daughter had been taking this supplement a week prior (daily), and did not get sick.
I use 1 pill 2 x per day for maintenance.

I love taking this every day in the winter - I feel less scared of all the sneezing and coughing I’m subject to on public transit every day in the winter. Nice alternative to taking oil of oregano drops.
