Prepare your body for a healthy, comfortable first trimester with Prenatal Ease Stage 1 — a targeted prenatal multivitamin designed for weeks 0–13 of pregnancy.
To round out complete first-trimester support, Stage 1 provides 5000 IU of Vitamin A as beta-carotene—a safe, powerful antioxidant—plus 17 additional key vitamins and minerals to help nourish your body and support your baby’s earliest development.
Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this bottle to seriously harm a child.
The early weeks of pregnancy often come with increased nutrient demands and the challenge of morning sickness. Prenatal Ease Stage 1 is formulated to support both, helping replenish essential vitamins and minerals while easing nausea.
Each capsule contains 1000 mg of Premium Grade Ginger to naturally soothe the stomach, along with 800 mcg of Folate (l-5 methyltetrahydrofolate) to help prevent neural tube defects—without the nausea or constipation sometimes caused by other prenatal formulas. Stage 1 also includes just the right amount of iron, giving your body what it needs in early pregnancy without triggering additional nausea.
Recommended Dosage: Take one capsule twice a day with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. This multivitamin can be taken throughout pregnancy, but is optimized for women in their first trimester.
Caution: Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. This bottle contains enough iron to harm a child.
Do not use if under cap seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
As with any dietary or herbal supplement, you should consult your healthcare practitioner prior to using this product if you are taking medication or have a medical condition.

My favourite prenatal vitamin!
My newest must have prenatal for moms to be, moms trying to conceive, or expecting moms. Helps with morning sickness, I do believe the stage 1 is designed for nausea. I take one in the morning and one at dinner time and helps me so much throughout the day.I sware by this pill for the first trimester especially when morning sickness hits!
I love how its a canadian company. The only thing is they dont give you enough for the first trimester so you have to purchase another bottle but then you go into your second trimester just when the second bottle comes.

fine for vitamins I guess - terrible for my face
started taking these vitamins about 2.5 months ago- and I slowly started to develop a huge rosacea outbreak of pustular rosacea on one side of my face. I didn't attribute it to this vitamin at first - but my face just wasn't clearing up - I forgot my pills for a week and my face cleared up - that's when I was like somethings fishy. I started taking them again and bam back to crazy face. i've since stopped taking them and my face is clear. perhaps there is something in these that trigger rosacea outbreaks but since you can't take any medications for rosacea during pregnancy I am going to avoid anything that is going to make my face look like I have teenage acne.

Pretty Decent Prenatal
I am happy that I found this company. I love that they are a Canadian company, which was a big reason why I even chose them in the first place.
I feel like they are working, as I have nothing else to really go off on.
The ginger helps with the sickness and nausea, my only complaint is the ginger gives me slight heartburn. (This also happens when I drink ginger tea.) Almost finished the bottle and looking forward to starting Prenatal Ease Stage 2.

So happy I found this brand!
I used to get such bad morning sickness with my previous pregnancies, even brushing my teeth was an accomplishment.
These prenatal ease don't upset my stomach at all even when I take them in the morning on an empty stomach
Would highly recommend & wish I about them before. I will definitely be ordering the next stages.

Worth it!
This is my third pregnancy, and first time using these prenatal vitamins. My nausea and morning sickness has been almost non existent this pregnancy. It could just be this pregnancy, but I do feel like these vitamins help and don't cause any added nausea like other brands I've used. I will definitely keep using this brand.

Excellent!
After doing much research, these are the best prenatals I could find which balance budget and optimal vitamins. It really helps they are formulated for each trimester

Ginger is strong
The vitamin capsule has a weird taste. The ginger also gave me heart burn. I couldn't finish the bottle. Be careful if you have heartburn issues.
