Directions: Back wrap should be applied for 20 minutes, or as recommended by a doctor. Remove and wait at least 20 minutes. Repeat as needed. To further reduce
hot or cold level, place wrap in soft cloth covering before applying.
- For Heat Therapy: Microwave wrap per the below suggested heating times and test wrap temperature. Heat for additional 5 seconds as needed until desired temperature is reached
- For Cold Therapy:
Freeze for at least 2 hours in a freezer storage bag
