Therm-O-Beads offers 20 minutes of highly effective hot or cold therapy. With the Temp-Tekٙ Innovation, Therm-O-Beads offers 2 zones of temperature, a maximum side and a medium side*.
Directions: Mask should be applied for 20 minutes, or as recommended by a doctor.Remove and wait at least 20 minutes. Repeat as needed. To further reduce hot or cold level, place mask in soft cloth covering before applying.
- For Heat Therapy: Microwave mask per the below suggested heating times and test mask temperature. Heat for additional 3 seconds as needed until desired temperature is reached.
- For Cold Therapy: Freeze for at least 2 hours in a freezer storage bag
Caution: Always test eye mask temperature prior to use. Overheating can cause damage or destroy mask. Prolonged use may cause injury to user including burns. For external use only. Do not use on infants. Never sit, lie, or lean against the mask. Do not puncture mask or ingest contents. Do not apply to sensitive/insensitive skin or open wounds. Use only for intended purposes. Storage: Always keep mask in a freezer storage bag when kept in the freezer.
