N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) is a derivative of the dietary amino acid l-cysteine. NAC scavenges free radicals and decreases oxidative stress produced by heavy metals to support antioxidant defence. It is also a precursor to the antioxidant glutathione, and supplemental NAC increases tissue levels of glutathione.
Recommended Dosage: (Adults) Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Do not use this product if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have kidney stones.

Helped with asthma symptoms
I have been experiencing asthma like symptoms chest discomfort and coughing especially at night. My physician gave me an inhaler temporarily and wanted me to go to a respirologist. With the current Covid-19 situation I am not able to go. I heard a recommendaton for NAC so I tried it and after one month I am feeling much better without having to use an inhaler

This has been great
After reading about a study completed in Italy focused on NAC for shrinking of ovarian cysts I have started taking this supplement and I notice pain relief within hours of taking it and have had a significant reduction in pain from it in the last three weeks. Waiting on a ultra sound to confirm how I have been feeling.

Relief
As an asthmatic, I was developing chronic bronchitis. Since starting NAC, my lungs have cleared significantly. In this age of covid19, I try to be proactive and I trust this supplement to help me do that. It’s a reliable product and I’ll continue taking it.
