Recommended Dosage: 1-4 Capsules daily, in divided doses, between meals.

Great Product
I always prefer the Pure Encapsulations line of vitamins as they are very good for people like myself who suffer with Celiac disease and other allergies. I do not get any type of side effects from this line of vitamins, and I find they do help with what they are supposed to do.
