Instructions:

1. Shape whole ear plug into a ball - do not cut, break apart or elongate the ear plug
2. Place ear plug over ear opening and flatten to form airtight seal - do not spread the ear plugs too thin or push into the ear canal
   
3. To remove: press up behind ear and lift edges carefully and discard after use
