It helped me so much
I've had abdominal pain and issues in the past year, but none of the classic symptoms of ibs, gastritis etc., so my doctor was very dismissive. I was at the point of being in constant pain and scared to eat when I came across this while trying to find something that would help me. I felt a slight improvement with my first dose, and now I am 5 days in and almost pain free. It's such a relief. I take 1/2 scoop in the morning and 1/2 scoop in the evening, on an empty stomach, mixed in warm water (it doesn't mix in cold water). The taste is strange but tolerable. If you are having stomach/intestinal issues, give it a try, it might help you.

It made a difference for my digestion. The tip to have it dissolve well is to mix it with warm water (not cold, not hot).
