Rexall Epsom Salts

Rexall Epsom Salts may be used as a mild, safe laxative or in a hot bath to relieve muscle aches and pains.

Directions: Oral - May be used as a mild, safe laxative in a dose of 5 to 15g (1 to 3 teaspoons) dissolved in 250 ml of water. Topical - Dissolve desired amount (1 to 2 cups) of cyrstals in a hot bath to produce a general treatment to aid in the relief of muscular aches and pains.
