Features:

- This 100% natural-source seawater cleans and decongests nasal cavities by helping to drain and clear mucus from nasal passages.

Directions: Blow nose before use. Tilt head to the side, and then gently insert the dispenser tip into the upper nostril and press briefly. Bring the head back to an upright position to let the mucus flow out, then wipe any remaining mucus and carefully blow the nose. Repeat with the other nostril. Before sharing with another user, always wash the device. Wash the tip of the dispenser with hot soapy water after each use. Rinse and wipe dry. 1 to 2 spray(s) per nostril, 1 to 3 times per day as needed or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. One spray is equivalent to 1.5 ml per second.
Medicinal Ingredients: Seawater 60% (2% sodium chloride) without preservatives or chemical additives.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water.

terrible applicator
The shape of the applicator (the part that goes in your nostril) is NOT as it is pictured on the box. It actually has a wider, ring-shaped flange around the tip that has a narrow edge on it. It is very uncomfortable if it hits your septum. I suspect that they put it there to keep kids from poking high up in the nostril, however, it is very uncomfortable to use. I will never buy thing brand again.
