Rosewood Garlic Honey

Fermented Garlic Honey is made by combining lacto-fermented garlic with Rosewood’s raw honey, creating a rich balance of savoury, sweet, and tangy flavours.

Use it on meats, fish, pizza, and roasted vegetables.

Note: This honey will crystallize naturally over time. To re-liquify, place the jar in a pot of water on low heat and wait until it returns to a liquid state. Do not microwave the jar. If you are in a hurry, remove a small amount of the crystallized honey and warm in a low power setting in a microwave safe container.
