Rougier Magnesium is a magnesium mineral supplement.
Recommended Dosage: (Adults) 1 to 2 tablespoonfuls (15-30 mL), 1 to 3 times per day, at mealtime.
Medicinal Ingredients: Each mL of this oral solution contains: 100 mg of magnesium glucoheptonate (5 mg of elemental magnesium).
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Artificial Colouring And Flavouring, Caramel, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Purified Water, Sodium Benzoate And Sucrose.
Use with extreme caution if drugs with bradycardiac effects (digitalis, etc.) are being administered simultaneously.

Full of fake sugar that disrupt the gut! Should have looked at the ingredients more carefully. Beware IBS sufferers! This is going in the garbage!

A life saver.
due to numerous bowel surgeries I no longer absorb magnesium through my normal diet. This liquid magnesium keeps my levels at an acceptable number.
