TSF is a revolutionary formula that helps the thyroid gland both to produce thyroxine (T4) and to convert T4 into triiodothyronine (T3), the only form of thyroid hormone that individual cells can actually use.

Most people with hypothyroidism produce enough T4 but their bodies do not convert it efficiently into T3.Thyroxine (T4) is made from iodine and tyrosine.  Deiodinase, the enzyme that converts T4 into T3 is made from selenium and cysteine.  The other nutrients in TSF contribute to the manufacture and utilization of thyroid hormones.
