Work really well. We only use disposables at night (we cloth diaper during the day). Our little girl (21mth) started out peeing her Honest Company diapers at night, so we thought we'd give these a try. We always use a diaper cover (Thirsties Duo Wrap) over disposables to ensure no leaks or poo explosions, but these diapers have never had wetness in the morning.
Only complaint is that the absorbent "gel/fibres" tend to clump together once you take it off (from the weight of the pee), so it's not a good diaper to check between changes.
Our little one is also VERY sensitive to wetness, and she hasn't had any issues with these (or the Honest Company).
Wish they came in more prints.

I find these diapers true to size for Seventh Generation - my son wears size 4 for day and night. I gave this a 3* rating because although they absorb more than the regular diapers, might stomach-sleeping, sips his water at night, 20 month old son, leaks every night. I switched back to reusables for at home and use these for long car rides and when we're sleeping elsewhere.
