good vitamin!
Good vitamin! I purchased these vitamins because I wanted a vitamin that didn't have any of that extra unnecessary stuff and this is it! It has all of the vitamins and minerals that you would want and then some! Fair warning: your urine will probably turn very yellow and it is nothing to worry about! This is due to the riboflavin (B2) and it is quite normal .

Great multi-vitamin.
I researched a lot of vitamins as I needed something that would meet my needs after using pre-natal vitamins for so long. The last cold/flu season (2021/2022) was horrible in my household. We were constantly sick so I wanted to ensure I was getting a broad range of multi-vitamins at a professional level and so far I have been healthier this season. It's not all related to this multi-vitamin but I am glad I have a trusted brand in my arsenal!
