Stress Increases the Need for Magnesium
Stress of all types including chemical, emotional, hormonal, or physical stress depletes magnesium from the body. Best magnesium for migraine management
My doc recommended a high dose of magnesium and I found other types too hard on my digestive system (oxide, citrate, etc). This is a bit expensive but very good quality, and works well, no digestive issues.
I wish Well carried ATP supplements as they are Canadian and make synermag which is my other favourite magnesium (malate & glycinate). Yep, migraine people have favourite magnesium.

Love this form of magnesium
I’ve been using this product for a while now. I take it right before bed and it’s great for muscle relaxation. I get to sleep faster and have never had GI issues!
