Split Tree Cocktail Co. Rhubarb and Elderflower Cordial

This cordial tastes like summer! Fresh Rhubarb, Elderflowers and lemons make this cordial great with Bourbon, Gin and Vodka and Rum! The perfect balance of sweet and sour the Rhubarb & Elderflower cordial makes a light and refreshing cocktail or a mocktail. Add a little fresh mint for extra flavour and aroma. Each bottle will make 8-16 cocktails.

Ingredients: Whole rhubarb, elder flowers, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon oil, water, sugar and citric acid.

Split Tree Sweet Tart

• Add ice to your favourite high ball glass
• 1 1/2 oz of dry gin
• 3/4 oz of Split Tree Rhubarb and Elderflower Cordial
• 1/2 oz of St. Germain (optional)
• 2-3 oz of soda water
• Garnish with a twist of lemon
