Directions: Adults and children 12 or older: 1-2 sprays per nostril 3-5 times per day. Infants and children up to 11 years: 1 spray/nostril 4 times per day. How to use: First, blow your nose. Press closed the nostril not being treated. Administer to the other nostril by placing your index and middle fingers atop either side of the nozzle, while supporting the bottom of the bottle with your thumb. Then squeeze with both index and middle fingers to spray.
