Rated 5 out of 5 by from My go-to for fast relief of UTIs I can't seem to process D-Mannose so was looking for an option to treat recurrent uncomplicated UTIs naturally. This has been one of the BEST products I have ever tried - my symptoms are relieved within a few days (then I take for a few more to completely rid myself of the infection). Yes, it tastes terrible, but so do most herbal treatment get used to it. Just follow up with a small amount of water or juice to clear the taste.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Naturopath prescribed this for a bladder infection. I had no symptoms (other than back pain and anxiety) so it was a shock to have my GP doctor tell me I tested positive for a bladder infection on a routine annual. Since I was symptomless it's hard to know if it worked but the back is feeling better so it must have. Back is a sympathetic system for bladder issues according to the ND. I do wish that they would but some sort of measurement tool on the dropper as the dose is SIXTY drops or 2mL

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Little water!! Trying different options because I’m tired of cranberry juice, this seems to have the same “slight solution” minus the sugars from juice. Yah tastes/smells terrible so VERY LITTLE WATER.
