Catriel: more than a year ago

Very fast delivery! I've been using St. Francis Valerian for about 20 years -- every night to help me get to sleep. It really works! (see my previous review below).

Catriel: more than a year ago

I've been using St. Francis Valerian for about 20 years. I'm a night person, and have always had trouble getting to sleep. So now I take one full squeeze of the eye dropper every night about 20 minutes before bed, and I get to sleep almost immediately. This tincture is derived from organic Valerian roots grown by St. Francis, and is high-quality sleep in a bottle. And there is no drowsy after-effect in the morning. It's great!
