Helps with digestion!!!
I especially like the fact that Stash peppermint tea is caffeine free. This tea helps calm my stomach. There's evidence that peppermint soothes stomach ailments and has anti-inflammatory properties. Peppermint can improve symptoms like bloating and wind in people with IBS

This a very nice peppermint tea. Depending how long you steep your tea bag for you can get a nice light taste with just 2minutes or so, or a stronger peppermint taste by steeping for 3+minutes. It's quite refreshing.

I have tried quite a few peppermint teas and this one has become my go to. It's fresh and pepperminty without any other flavours creeping in. You can't beat the price for a good peppermint tea either.
