Misleading
These prenatal vitamins are absolutely not “complete”. They are “better than nothing” during the first trimester if you are suffering from morning sickness, but beyond that, the reason that they are “gentle on your belly” is because they are missing a very critical mineral for mama and baby- iron. Many mothers become anemic through the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, and skipping on the iron, while advertising the vitamin as being “complete”, is misleading at the very least. Again, I would recommend these vitamins exclusively for the first trimester if you are struggling to keep other prenatals down.

Good ingredients for my baby!
I was looking for something that had all the prenatal vitamins that I needed but I couldn't find one for gummy vitamins. I am so happy I found SUKU gummies. I can't believe these are sugar free too. I can finally stay healthy while being pregnant too!!!! This product is real gummy, I hate the fake sugar gummies.

For people's stomach who can't tolerate iron . THIS IS BEST.
I took iron in my first trimester and had vomits and lost weight ,, my stomach can never tolerate iron ...then i found this prenatal..... at 14 weeks i started taking these . They are gentle on belly and no vomit or burps or pain reflux, i feel like i'm in air , only have to take it once too. Iron can be taken through infusion injectables or food.

Lacks Chromium
These are pretty good, and the fact that they are gummies ensures that I won’t forget to take them, but they lack an essential but little known nutrient for pregnancy: chromium. Chromium helps regulate glucose and therefore may help prevent or manage gestational diabetes. I have switched to a multi that includes it (but is unfortunately not a gummy)

The contents are ok but the taste is terrible
My only (but big) complaint is that these taste absolutely terrible. They are sugar free and the artificial fruity taste makes them completely inedible. I’m pinching my nose and trying to gulp them down with a big glass of water. So if you are looking for a treat-like vitamins, skip these for sure.

Ew.
I use to take this during my first pregnancy so I bought it again for my second. The batch I got turned bad even if the expiration date is still good. The smell is horrible, like rotten fruits/veggies which I know is not normal. I don’t even want to taste it đ I bought like 5 bottles and don’t trust then now…
