I like this product but it didn't work for me
I got a cold/flu and took this before a during the episode. It did not work. I got the fu and it came back 2 weeks later. It is worth a try and perhaps my symptoms were lessened.

Very effective
Elderberry extract is supposed to be effective for colds so I had my daughter try it and it works!
