Suro Organic Elderberry Capsules are made with Canadian grown elderberries. These capsules are vegan, kosher and organic certified. Elderberries have natural antiviral properties and have been used for centuries against cold and flu.
Modern research has proven this benefit and it has been shown to be efficient against many strains of flu virus. A study has demonstrated that Canadian elderberries have better resistance to light and heat than European elderberries making them a superior choice in natural plant remedies.
Dosage: 10 to 13 years old: 2 capsules 1 to 4 times per day. Adults and adolescents 14 years and over: 2 to 3 capsules, 2 to 4 times per day.
Ingredients: Canadian elderberries, 500 mg per capsule. Each capsule is equivalent to 2.5 gr. of fresh elderberries. Vegan capsule. (Pullulan, purified water, carrageenan).

A very helpful product
This is an excellent product. As soon as I start feeling a cold/flu coming on I take this and it cuts the time literally by 2/3 of being ill. I won’t be without it in my medicine cabinet.
