Small size
Runs small. I have a 29" waist and 31 hips, these barely fit. Not the best for guys, not very high rise. Not for overnight use. Very easy to have leaks over the top and on the sides.

Protection
I loved the fit of them but when I woke up they had leaked all over and didn't hold a lot. It needs a lot more absorbing material in them to be effective at night without no leaks.

I bought these for our older child with special needs. I usually buy her the Tena ProSkin Slip, but these were a better price plus well dot ca was having a promotion for money off when you spent a certain amount. Well, you get what you pay for. The sizing is accurate, but these diapers are not nearly as absorbent as the Tena ProSkin Slip. And they leave those annoying gel crystals on her skin. We will use them, since we paid for them, but I won't order them again. They are inferior to the ProSkin Slip.

Great product
The diaper does what it says. Easy to use. It’s absorbent and holds together. The velcro works well and makes it easy to take off and put on. There a flaps on easy side to extend the fit. I ordered a small for my petite mom. It’s a little droopy between the legs but she doesn’t go anywhere so it’s okay. I had a few leaks but not as often as with others. By far this diaper has been one of the better ones.

It says up to 36" , but i am 33" and they arr too small, cant fasten the bottom tapes.
