Works very well
I have arthritis and this really relieves the pain in my wrist by holding it steady. The beauty of the design is it can be used on either arm. I have 2 now, so I can wash one and while it air dries I can wear the other. I would recommend washing it in cold water and in a laundry bag so the velcro doesn't pick up extra lint. Air dry.
